Monique is a dedicated community advocate, local councillor, and passionate champion for regional South Australia. Since 2018 she has served on the Naracoorte Lucindale Council, working tirelessly to support local communities, improve infrastructure, and advocate for better services in the regions.
As a former small business owner, she understands the challenges faced by regional businesses, from workforce shortages to rising costs. She knows firsthand how important it is to create the right conditions for local businesses to grow, thrive, and continue driving regional economies.
She is committed to increasing regional representation in government and ensuring country communities have a strong voice in Canberra. As a busy mum to three girls, Monique understands the pressures on families—particularly the need for affordable and accessible childcare, investment in local schools, access to housing and incentives to attract teachers and healthcare professionals to the regions.
She believes that policy and legislation must be shaped with a regional lens, ensuring a fair go for regional communities.
With deep local knowledge, a hands-on approach, and a genuine passion for making a difference, Monique is ready to take the fight to Canberra and deliver real results for regional South Australia.
Our priorities are building stronger regional economies and secure communities, delivering opportunity and prosperity for all regional Australians, and ensuring a sustainable environment.
Stronger, more secure, sustainable local communities that provide the opportunity for everyone to prosper will deliver a stronger, more secure and sustainable nation.
