The Nationals Review
The Nationals have launched a review of the Party to determine the most effective way to represent its constituency and provide a better alternative for voters into the future.
The review is examining:
- The role of The Nationals and its position in Australian society and politics;
- The implications of current political, financial, demographic, and media trends;
- Future options for the Party, including an analysis of current and alternative strategies, roles and Party structures.
The review is being conducted by former Nationals Leader John Anderson and respected strategist and former NSW State Director Michael Priebe, who will report to the Party's Federal Management Committee in early 2008. The Nationals' primary objective out of this review is to provide a political party that voters and their local communities can trust to provide the strongest representation at state and federal level.
